Russell Rasco
Russell Rasco is the CEO of the Centers, Inc., a comprehensive community mental health center and psychiatric hospital in Ocala, Florida. He is a graduate of Stetson University in Deland, Florida and the Louisville Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky. Rasco has been involved in the delivery of mental health, alcohol and drug abuse services in this area since 1978 at The Centers. He and his wife, Betsy, live in Ocala.
