The National
Quality Improvement
Center on the
Privatization of Child Welfare Services has completed its national needs
assessment and knowledge gaps analysis in Phase I of this initiative, and will
now move to Phase II. During this second
phase, we will learn from three funded efforts, assist local evaluation
efforts, conduct a cross site analysis of their progress and outcomes, and
disseminate knowledge and lessons learned.
