Quarterly Service Awards

Our Quarterly Recognition Awards celebrated the dedication and commitment of Kids Central employees who have been with us for 1, 3, 5, 7, 15, and 20 years! We are incredibly grateful to these team members for their continued service and support of Kids Central’s mission. Our employees are truly the backbone of everything we do.

A special congratulations goes to Independent Living Coordinator, Laura Schoncheck, who was honored for her remarkable 20 years of service with Kids Central. We also want to extend a heartfelt acknowledgment to Independent Living Supervisor, Vicki Aldis, recipient of the Star Performer Award!

The Star Performer Award recognizes an individual whose behavior and performance exemplify Kids Central’s core values—Integrity, Accountability, Excellence, Empowerment, Collaboration, and Innovation. This award honors contributions that go significantly above and beyond the standard expectations of the role and result in measurable positive outcomes.
