Rachel Kaser is someone who wears many hats — mom, small business owner, and passionate advocate for kids in foster care. Originally from Central Florida, she has called Ocala home for 17 years and is deeply rooted in the local community.
With a degree in Psychology from Rollins College and years of hands-on experience in caregiving and service roles, Rachel has always been drawn to work that helps people and makes a difference. She spent time as a nanny, providing dedicated care to children and families, and was previously a foster parent — an experience that deeply shaped her commitment to supporting children in need.
One of her greatest joys has come from building her business, Rachie’s Cookie Cake, which includes a social mission of giving back through each sale.
Rachel’s favorite way to spend her time is with her two boys and her husband, Scott, whether they’re out on an adventure or just enjoying time together at home.
