Performance and Strategy

The Strategy, Performance and Quality Management (QM) team at Kids Central Provides professional, well-informed information to Operations, Customers, and Administrators to asses performance, review quality, and make strategic decisions both long-term and in real time. It is the Strategy and QM teams goal to provide comprehensive analysis and recommendations to leaders in child welfare and our communities with the coal of continually improving our services and quality of life initiatives to the children and families we serve.
