Right now, children across the state of Florida are waiting for forever families. Through no fault of their own, these children were unable to be safely reunited with their biological families after entering foster care. Each child in our gallery is looking for a forever family, a safe, loving place to call home, and a family that will love them unconditionally. Annabelle
Annabelle has a bubbly, inquisitive personality. She is a kind, loving child. Annabelle loves animals of all kinds. She enjoys arts and crafts, drawing, riding her bike, playing games, and swimming. She is a girly girl who loves sparkly clothes, hair ties and bows. Her favorite colors are green and blue.
Aja
Aja is a 13-year-old female. Aja loves unicorns and the movie Frozen. She enjoys participating in the church choir and going to eat at new restaurants. She loves to play with dolls and make tents. She can be described as a happy child who seldom gets mad. She is loving, sweet, and attached to her caregiver. Aja wants to be a firefighter or lawyer when she grows up. She is very open to others and generally gets along well with peers.
Alyssa
Alyssa enjoys playing Uno, games on her device, cooking, and dressing up. She enjoys being outdoors. Alyssa describes herself as both a talker and a listener. Her friends would describe her as kind and silly. She enjoys reading Little Women and Magic Tree House books. Alyssa enjoys drawing and painting on her device. She would like to be a YouTube star or preschool assistant once she graduates. Alyssa describes her ideal family as a mom, dad, and brother and sister. She likes to play with everyone. People can tell Alyssa is happy by her smile. She wears her emotions on her sleeve. Her perfect day out with family would be going to a park and playing.
Carlos
Carlos is a 10-year-old bi-racial male. Carlos is a sweet child who loves being active. Carlos loves playing with fidget toys, coloring, drawing, and playing Minecraft. Carlos recently started martial arts, and he is loving it as it helps him with discipline and being able to control his emotions. Carlos requires clearly stated rules for behavioral and academic expectations, as well as positive reinforcement to improve his behavior and academics. Carlos is a good sleeper, and he enjoys various foods. Carlos uses a weighted blanket to help him calm down when he is upset, and he states it is one of his favorite things. Overall, Carlos is a very caring child who loves one-on-one attention and having activities to keep him active.
Caysen
Caysen is a sweet, charming fellow! He is a very active. Caysen is described as very smart, funny, and inquisitive. He loves to be the center of attention. Caysen likes books, dinosaurs, big trucks, Legos, and Spider-Man. He is friendly and lovable!
Christian
Christian’s personality is relaxed, quiet, and calm. Christian can be talkative and outgoing, but he mostly likes to keep to himself. His favorite thing to do is play video games. He is very into technology. Christian is described as well-behaved. He has a hard time opening up to people. Christian has been let down by many people in his life and thus he has a hard time trusting. He needs someone who can be there for him unconditionally.
Christian & Damen
Christian is an 11 year old. Christian enjoys playing outside, watching television, and playing Fortnite. Damen is a 10-year-old child. He enjoys musical toys, going to the pool, or going to the beach. He loves to swing and climb things in the park. Damen enjoys watching the Muppets, Batman, and the Giggle Bellies.
Dajuan (DJ)
Dajuan (DJ) is a smart, tech-savvy and ambitious teen. He is good with computers, problem solving and wants to change the future of airplanes. He is a talented origami artist and always has a smile on his face. DJ is charismatic and has unlimited potential. With the right family supporting him, he will have everything he needs to achieve his goal of one day studying engineering and creating his own family.
Daveion
Daveion is a future engineer in the making who needs a family that will give him the support and love he requires to make his dreams come true. Daveion loves to tinker and spends his time taking things apart to see how they work. He is very curious and enjoys keeping his hands busy. His mind is always working and thinking, and Daveion needs a family who is willing to keep him stimulated and focused on steering his talents in the right direction.
Destiny
Destiny is very social and easily communicates with others. She can be described as positive, helpful, funny, and kind. She prefers relationships with peers and adults where there is a feeling of mutual respect. Destiny’s hobbies include soccer, cheerleading, and gymnastics. Destiny also enjoys riding bikes, swimming, riding hoverboards, and playing with electronics. Her favorite items include her tablet, clothes, and any electronics.
Fredric
Fredric is 14 years old and has a huge smile that lights up a room. He loves music, SpongeBob, cheese pizza and macaroni and cheese. He is described as sweet and loveable by those who know him.
Jaden
Jaden is always smiling. He is an extremely happy child and loves being around his peers. He likes activities and games that light up and make noise. Jaden is content playing by himself. He likes animals. His favorite foods are ravioli, yogurt, fruit loops, applesauce, and oatmeal. He enjoys watching children’s shows. He loves to take baths and play in the water. Jaden is extremely affectionate and loves love! He is cuddly, gentle, and sweet.
Jayquel
Jayquel is described as an introvert who prefers to say home, but an ideal outing would be a trip to the arcade or the beach. He loves superheroes, food, playing games, bikes and sports. Jayquel’s favorite interests are “The Flash” and basketball.
Joseph
Joseph (1) is outgoing and very funny! He is personable and friendly. He is in the 7th grade and his favorite subject is math. Joseph enjoys doing crafts, drawing, painting, going to the park, and playing video games. He enjoys outdoor activities but does not like camping. Joseph would consider himself to be the smartest person he knows! He would like to be a police office when he is older. Joseph is a dog person over a cat person, dogs are his favorite animal! Joseph’s favorite food is pizza. He considers himself more of a listener than a talker. His favorite color is purple. People can tell that he is happy by his smile. Something that makes him happy is science! A perfect day with his family would include being outside seeing cars and trucks.
Joseph
Joseph (2) is 15 years old. He enjoys riding his bicycle, playing video games, swimming and going to the movies. Joseph hopes to be adopted and become part of a family. Joseph will do best as an only child or the youngest child.
Lillian
Lillian “Lilly” is 15 years old. Lilly is very friendly and bubbly. She enjoys reading, playing video games, bike riding, playing with dogs, swimming, and talking. She enjoys outdoor activities. Her favorite books are the Twilight Series and history books (WW II and Auschwitz). Lilly’s favorite foods are stuffed cabbage and sushi. Her favorite color is purple. Lilly is described by others to be helpful, caring, excitable, and sometimes impatient. Lilly’s friends would describe her as loud, silly, and smart. When she grows up, she wants to be a homicide detective. Lilly is more than capable of building and maintaining healthy relationships. She is ready to be at a place she can call home with her forever family!
Malachi
Malachi is a 13-year-old bi-racial male, who is an active and kind child who loves staying busy. Malachi is interested in robotics, enjoys flag football, and wants to be a psychologist when he is older. Malachi loves doing fun things, such as going to Sky Zone or Fun Spot. Malachi has an interest in many things and loves to be involved in as many activities as possible as they help him focus. Malachi is a great eater and is overall a good student as long as he applies himself.
Nicole
Nicole is shy, smart and does very well in school. She is creative and enjoys drawing and music. Nicole has a close bond with her brother and loves to spend time with him. She is protective and strong in her beliefs. She enjoys playing basketball and describes herself as silly and funny.
Will
Will stands up for what he believes in and has a lot of love in his heart. He has a passion for music and drawing and excels in both. He is very ambitious when doing something he enjoys and has an endless amount of untapped potential. He likes being active and playing sports. He’s working on his teamwork skills but also loves being a leader. William deserves a supportive family who will help guide him through life.
